Today, two individuals have been arrested in Zubin Potok on suspicion of war crimes, indicating ongoing legal proceedings related to past conflicts. Prime Minister Albin Kurti visited the area, stating that excavations for missing persons could continue for months and urged Serbia to open its archives. He also presented agreements reached in Brussels, focusing on their implications for the country.
In other developments, political talks between the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the ruling Vetëvendosje (LVV) movement have formally resumed. This follows Lumir Abdixhiku's reconfirmation as the head of the LDK. Meanwhile, a Kosovo citizen was detained by Serbian authorities at the border with Hungary, highlighting persistent regional tensions.
Separately, a father allegedly shot his son in Suhareka, and a person was arrested in Pristina for assaulting a police officer while intoxicated. Isa Mustafa, a retired politician and honorary president of LDK, also criticized Pristina Mayor Përparim Rama, suggesting those experimenting in the city are looking to leave for London.
