A series of grave domestic crime incidents has dominated the headlines. A pregnant woman died in Malisheva, with her husband critically injured and considered a suspect in her murder. Separately, a father and son were killed in a double murder in Dukagjin, and police officer Altin Kryeziu passed away after being struck by a car in Malisheva seven days prior.
