Ukraine saw a significant political development with the appointment of Anton Kovalsky as the acting Prosecutor General by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. This follows a period of controversy surrounding the office, and Kovalsky, who previously headed the Khmelnytskyi Regional Prosecutor's Office, now assumes this crucial role.
