Nighttime attacks in the Kyiv region caused a fire at an enterprise and damaged various properties, while explosions were reported in Khmelnytskyi, leading to new power outages across six regions.

Meanwhile, a grim report from the Russian-occupied town of Oleshky reveals a deepening humanitarian crisis, with residents reportedly eating grass and euthanizing their dogs due to severe food shortages, and bodies being stored in a hospital basement. On the domestic front, anti-corruption efforts continue with former MP Serhiy Pashynskyi agreeing to a plea deal to pay 1.1 billion hryvnias in a case concerning seized petroleum products. An appeal court also lifted a ban, allowing the publication of an investigation into properties linked to the brother of Oleksii Sukhachov, Director of the State Bureau of Investigation.
