The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a significant ruling, determining that authorities in Vareš and Zenica-Doboj Canton previously lacked the proper authority to dispose of state land. This decision clarifies jurisdictional boundaries regarding state property.
Meanwhile, the Central Election Commission of BiH has raised concerns about potential abuses during elections, indicating a readiness to annul results if necessary. In other developments, Sarajevo is set to receive a new 10.5 million transformer station, and plans for a new highway with 13 bridges connecting Tuzla with Croatia have been announced, alongside an increase in the insured deposit amount in BiH banks to 100,000 KM.
