The Constitutional Court has reminded MPs that if they cannot find a way to convene a session, they have the power to do it themselves. The warning arrived alongside a full verdict setting an eight-day deadline for the election of a president, marking the court's latest intervention in the ongoing political deadlock.
The opposition PDK remains unhurried, with deputies stating that talks on the presidency will not begin until a specific law passes two readings. In the courts, a former Serbian police officer has been indicted for the torture of 13 civilians in Ka'anik, while three judges from Germany, France, and Norway have been appointed to review the final verdict against four former KLA members.
