The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CIK BiH) plans to release the first preliminary election results one hour after polling stations close. Official Arnautović, a member of the Central Election Commission, explained the process, with full results anticipated by 8 PM.
In other political developments, the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), currently in opposition, is campaigning for its President, Bakir Izetbegović, in the upcoming elections. Meanwhile, the political group 'Red Lines' has endorsed Slaven Kovačević, an advisor for Foreign Policy in the Cabinet of Željko Komšić, the Croat member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ćamil Duraković, the Bosniak Vice President of Republika Srpska, for the BiH Presidency.
Economic and social news includes the start of pension payments, with an average of 726 KM and a high of 3,982 KM. Bosnia and Herzegovina also imported milk products worth 159.7 million KM, while domestic farms are reportedly facing closure. Damir Mašić, a Member of the Federal House of Representatives, emphasized that the state must address inflation impacting salaries. The Bosnian Embassy in Belgrade has criticized Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković over issues preventing visa issuance.
