Members of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) are allegedly under significant pressure to accept a law and a formal decision regarding elections. The push follows the election of Justina Shiroka Pula as President and the approval of the Special Court law.
A video from Shaip Kamberi, an Albanian MP in Serbia, has sparked controversy, with his comments on Albanians and Serbs described as inciting hatred and creating fear. Separately, a body was discovered in a lake in the village of Livoç, Gjilan.
Justina Shiroka Pula took office as President on October 7, 2026. She serves alongside Prime Minister Albin Kurti, whose Vetëvendosje-led government oversees the current parliamentary mandate.
