Russian drone swarm hits fifteen locations across the country

Russian forces launched 153 drones and carried out widespread strikes across Ukraine today, impacting at least 15 locations. Attacks on Vinnytsia resulted in six injuries and destroyed apartments, while the Dnipropetrovsk region reported four fatalities and fourteen injuries. Rescuers were targeted in Kharkiv, leaving three injured, and a commercial facility in Zaporizhzhia caught fire after being hit. Other strikes were reported in Odesa, Zhytomyr, and Poltava, damaging an energy facility and a trade building.

In a significant domestic development, National Bank of Ukraine Governor Andriy Pyshny affirmed his commitment to continue in his role and cooperate fully with an ongoing investigation. Pyshny stated that recent searches by anti-corruption agencies at his workspace found no violations by him or NBU employees, contradicting earlier unconfirmed media reports of his resignation. Separately, the humanitarian mission 'Proliska' has ceased truck evacuations from two frontline communities, and analysts suggest Ukraine's Armed Forces may have disrupted the energy bridge supplying Crimea.

Kyiv experienced a power outage affecting several districts, and the government clarified new criteria for enterprise criticality and employee reservations. The Main Intelligence Directorate also explained Russia's current methods in its cognitive warfare campaign.
