Ukraine is grappling with a devastating surge in civilian casualties following renewed Russian attacks, including the recovery of children's bodies from rubble in Sumy and the death of a paramedic in Kyiv during a secondary strike. These assaults also targeted Mykolaiv, resulting in the death of an elderly woman and injuries to children, while a Russian drone was filmed actively hunting a civilian in Kherson. New and alarming Russian tactics have emerged, with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reporting the activation of "honey traps" designed to assassinate Ukrainian military personnel.
