The Supreme Court has delivered a significant ruling, declaring unconstitutional a law passed by the Parliament concerning memos related to properties in occupied territories. This decision marks a notable development in the country's legal and constitutional landscape.
In other news, Giorgos Pamboridis, a Member of the House of Representatives, has officially declared his candidacy for the upcoming presidential election, adding a new contender to the political race. This follows previous reports of Averof Neofytou, also a Member of the House of Representatives, obtaining the necessary signature form for his own presidential bid.
